I am deeply honored to have been selected to serve as Chair of the International Relations Standing Committee for the National Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs. This opportunity is especially meaningful to me because my personal and professional journey has been shaped by relationships across countries, cultures, and communities.
As a woman of Cameroonian heritage and a BPW leader at the local, national, and international levels, I have witnessed what becomes possible when women connect beyond borders. Although our experiences may differ, we share many aspirations: access to education, economic opportunity, leadership, safety, dignity, and a meaningful voice in decisions affecting our lives.
Our vision for the next two years is to strengthen NFBPWC’s international presence, while making global engagement accessible and relevant to every member. International relations should connect global priorities to the work already happening in our clubs and communities.
The committee’s work will focus on:
International relations should serve as a bridge, connecting our members to new perspectives, our clubs to new partnerships, and NFBPWC to the global movement advancing women’s rights and opportunities.
For information please email international@nfbpwc.org.
I invite every member to be part of this journey by sharing international experiences, cultural knowledge, languages, partnerships, and ideas. Together we can strengthen NFBPWC’s global voice and help create a world in which women are not only included in progress but are actively defining and leading it.
The next two years offer us an opportunity to move from global awareness to meaningful engagement, and from connection to collective impact.
Join us, let’s build bridges… TOGETHER.
Equal Participation of Women and Men in Power and Decision-Making Roles.
