Barbara J. Bozeman is currently completing her term as President of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs (NFBPWC), having previously served as National Secretary, President of the NFBPWC Virtual Club, President of BPW North Carolina, and in numerous committee and leadership roles at the state, national, and international levels.

A retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant, Barbara brings more than four decades of leadership experience in military service, business management, organizational development, nonprofit governance, and entrepreneurship. She is committed to developing leaders, strengthening systems, and positioning BPW for long-term impact.

Based in Goldsboro, North Carolina, Barbara approaches leadership as a team effort rooted in servant leadership, transparency, and a genuine belief that BPW's greatest strength lies in its people. She continues to be driven by a deep commitment to connecting local action with national collaboration and expanding opportunities for women at every stage of their careers.

Barbara J. Davis has been a dedicated member of BPW for more than 40 years, contributing her leadership and expertise at every level of the organization. She served as President of the California Federation of BPW in 2000 and has held influential roles at the club, district, state, and national levels throughout her long-standing membership.

Drawing on four decades of professional leadership in Human Resources, Training and Development, and Safety and Risk Management, Barbara brings a deep well of experience to every position she undertakes.

A resident of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County, California, she also enjoys sharing her community with others by serving as a tour guide in the region's renowned wine country.

Nicole C. Mpouli is a dynamic BPW leader serving at the local, national, regional, and international levels. She is President of BPW Douala in Cameroon, Chair of the Lifelong Leadership and Learning Committee for NFBPWC in the United States, and a member of the BPW International Training, Development and Employment Standing Committee and the Women 7 Task Force.

With more than 20 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Leadership Development, and Organizational Transformation, Nicole is a Certified Leadership Identity Strategist Coach and Founder of ARP Consulting.

Passionate about advancing women's leadership globally, she is committed to building bridges beyond borders through inclusive networks that foster collaboration, learning, and empowerment among women leaders. Originally from Cameroon and now based in Houston, Texas, she helps individuals and organizations lead with purpose, authenticity, and confidence.

Nermin K. Ahmad

Nermin K. Ahmad

Candidate for 2nd Vice President – Advocacy

Nermin K. Ahmad has been a dedicated member of NFBPWC-NYC and BPW International for the past decade, and of NFBPWC programs since 2019. She has contributed knowledge and leadership at each level, serving as President of NFBPWC-NYC, Secretary of NFBPWC-USA, and a United Nations Headquarters Representative for BPW International.

She has also represented NFBPWC-USA at events in St. Kitts and Nevis; Montreal, Canada; Malta; Cyprus; and Munich, Germany.

With 30 years of professional experience, she simultaneously managed the New York City, Albany, and Moroccan offices of a multinational company. Her work included managing major projects to enhance the safety of New York City and New York State after September 11, designing a green city in Morocco, and developing spill-response and environmental-management plans for the Chad-Cameroon pipeline.

As a businesswoman, she is co-founder of CSRspace, LLC, a community consulting firm active in the United States, Zambia, Ireland, Kenya, Morocco, and other locations.

Joanne Carfioli Naylor, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, also known as Jo, has been a member of BPW since 2004. She is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with 27 years of experience.

She was a member of Corpus Christi BPW, where she served as Secretary from 2005 to 2006 and Local Organization President from 2006 to 2008 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Jo also placed second in the Texas BPW State Convention Young Careerist competition.

She moved to North Carolina in 2009 and served in several positions within BPW North Carolina from 2010 to 2017. Her roles included BPW of the Triad member, BPW/NC Foundation Scholarship Chair, BPW/NC Foundation Vice Chair, BPW/NC Board of Trustees Secretary, and BPW/NC Leadership Development Individual Development Chair.

Since 2017, she has been a member of NFBPWC-NC and attended meetings virtually while living in Provo, Utah. She moved back to Pennsylvania in 2024 and served as National Treasurer from 2024 to 2026. She is also President of the North Carolina Affiliate.
